Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya

The proximity to the airport. Central KL to the airport is an hour and this is only 25 min.

The leaking sink in the bathroom, dirty sheets, did not clean the room during our stay or address the sink that we reported, the ants in the room, the mold growing in the bathroom from the water. No hot water for shower.

The interior design give new experience to the guest. Minimalist and innovative

The cleanliness of the room. It’s sad that the furniture is not taken care that well. They need to improve in maintaining their standard and their property.

its a quiet place to get away actually. even though in the middle of the city.

Breakfast not so much choice.. at RM30 should at least have other than nasi lemak.Got room in front of the construction site... so constant hearing dung dang dung dang.

Spacious, clean, huge pool, comfortable bed and pillow. My family loves it!!!Walking distance to eatery places. Parking is right in-front your doorstep.

1. It is a cute urban resort. Beach chalet feel but in the city. 2. Parking right outside the room so you dont have to walk far carrying all your luggages. 3. All the rooms are very close to the pool. Rooms are small but sufficient for a short stay.4. Comfortable beds

1. Security is a concern for me. When you drive in, the entrance is not gated and guarded and you have to drive by the chalets to go to the reception to check in. Which means it is also open to outsiders also (they can come in and knock on your doors). I only saw ONE security guard at the front near the reception but none at the back.2. there is construction opposite. So it is noisy during the day. 3. Water pressure was very weakConsidering all these and the size of the room, the price is not worth it. Should be cheaper.

Location & design

Place is near to eateries and dpulze shopping centreDirect access to the pool if u pick the low floor

Breakfast is not buffet and need to wait as they make a fresh one when you order

There is very tasty breakfast, you have many options which can be combined. Rooms and whole area is cool and swimming pool is nice to have especially during sunny days. It is not so far from the airport and very close to the supermarkets.

Room,food & pool

facilities and cleanliness wasnperfect

i am extremely frustrated after calling more than 10 times without receiving an answer. When I went to the receptionist and tried calling again, they actually silenced the phone so they wouldn’t have to respond to customers. This is not my first time here, and my previous experience was great, but this time the new staff have been disappointing. I was in a rush to get to the office, and on top of that, the water heater wasn’t working.

I like that my room is close to the pool

My 2 year old daughter's foot had lots of scratches and cuts due to the small stones cement at the pool area.

clean room.

few malfunctions plug, when i arrived my room was locked from inside and the property doesnt have spare key for the sliding door. took almost 45 mins to enter my room.

Easy access to the pool and carpark just next to your room. Very convenient!

Easy access to carpark Friendly staffGood breakfast

Not much room amenities such as bedroom slippers and umbrella. Storage areas within the hotel compound are messy and scattered. Eye sore.
